Jimmy grew up with a camera in his hand. At age two, his grandfather gave him an old Konica camera and there began his use of a square format. His passion is architecture and design as his work emphasizes an understanding and comprehension of the influence of light creating an image. The success of his work has been recognized by numerous awards. The heart of his personal vision was captured in the book 'Twilight', which was co-authored with Nicole Blackman. He has been inspired and influenced by many photographers including Helmut Newton, Bettina Rheims, and Nancy Rexroth to name a few. One has to know how the space feels and how one fits into that space. His client includes, Architecture Digest, Conde Nast Traveler, Interior Design Magazine, Baccarat, Celine, Chrisitan Dior, Helmut Lang, Remy Martin, Plaza Athene Paris, Hotel Particular, Ritz Carlton and Peninsula.
